Serving suggestion: Add freshly chopped coriander before serving. Best with naan bread or steamed rice.

Protein-packed five lentil dal tempered with whole cumin seeds. A gourmet ready-to-eat signature dish.

The latest in Swedish Food Tech, Shaakahari has utilised MicVac™’s natural vacuum technology allowing our Chef designed meals to be fresh and flavourful while using no preservatives.

Step 1

Remove sleeve. Do not pierce film. Do not remove valve (black sticker).

Step 2

Place try in microwave. Heat on full power (800W) for 3 mins OR until you hear a whistle.

Step 3

Peel back film, empty contents in a pan and heat.
